The Portfolio Assistant will open new accounts and will handle all the day-to-day activities around client requests such as wires, deposits, gifting, withdrawals, etc. In addition he/she will be responsible for reviewing account data and billing on an ongoing basis and preparing quarterly letters and appraisals.

Qualifications:

The role requires a flexible, "can-do" attitude, outstanding communication skills, and great attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, will be able to learn new software systems easily and will be comfortable interacting with a diverse group of clients.
