My roommate is moving out on July 1st and i need to fill the room. I am a single 30 year old professional female with one large friendly cat. The apartment is in Medford near the Somerville border, large with a huge kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry in the basement (free to use). Parking is on street but fairly easy to get and its a quiet dead end street. I am on the 96 busline and 101 busline and about 10 minutes on foot from the 80 and 94, 25 minutes on foot from Davis Square.
Rent is $725, utilities including internet run about $150. Other pets can be discussed. Message me if you are interested.
