Looking for two roomies to share an awesome brand new, 2 floor, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo. Common space includes a giant kitchen/living room area, and a study/den/office room upstairs. The condo is brand new with gas head, central AC and really nice kitchen appliances (dishwasher, ice making fridge, convection oven/microwave). Washer/Dryer also in the condo. There is bike storage available in the garage, and lots of permit free street parking. The house is less than a ten minute walk from stony brook t stop (orange line) and the 39 bus (centre street in jp.. lots of cafes). Ideally I would like to find 2 roommates who would like to do communal food, and hang out while at home together (occasional roommate meal and whatnot). I have one friendly female cat, and she would love another cat friend. Utilities (gas/electric/cable/internet) to be split by all three roommates. Rent is 750$ a month. Come live with me! Move in Dec 1 or possibly earlier
About me: I am a 27 year old female teacher/grad student. I love to cook and do crafty stuff around the house. I would love to find a roommate who would be into doing communal food. I like to garden, and intend to have a spectacular raised bed/ pot garden this year. I try to eat and cook with local foods, and experiment with elaborate recipes.
