We are showing a workshop presentation of the Disappearance, which we are currently co-creating with
Mexican writer (and Amherst College professor) Ilan Stavans, based on his novella of the same title. Other project collaborators include Cuban Jazz composer/ performer Paquito D'Rivera, Northampton-based puppeteer
Hayley Wood, and Polish designer Michal Kuriata. These presentations are more like open rehearsals than finished performances, and talk-backs will follow each presentation. We feel this is a great opportunity to share our
work with audiences in an intimate setting.
The Disappearance will premiere in October at the Skirball Cultural Center
in Los Angeles.
Ashfield presentations of the Disappearance are 27-29 at
7:30pm. Hope you can make it!
